How commission is calculated
Two rates: a higher one on their first order, a lower one on repeat orders for a few months after.

Repeat orders, next 3 months
5%
of each order's value, no minimum, no code needed on their end.
A qualifying first order is worth at least £60.00. Commission is credited once each order ships, then held for 30 days before becoming available — the same window we'd need for a return or cancellation, so it's only ever yours once the sale is final. The 5% rate applies automatically to any further order they place within 90 days of their first — they don't need to enter your code again.
