KPV KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is the C-terminal tripeptide fragment of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH), corresponding to residues 11–13 of the parent hormone. Unlike α-MSH itself, KPV lacks the receptor-binding N-terminal residues and instead exerts its effects through a receptor-independent intracellular mechanism, studied in preclinical models for its inhibition of NF-κB signalling and downstream pro-inflammatory cytokine output.

TB-500 TB-500 is a synthetic, N-terminal-acetylated fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ-OH) corresponding to the actin-binding domain of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein with roles in cell migration and tissue repair. Research has examined the fragment's capacity to sequester G-actin monomers and modulate actin filament dynamics, mechanisms of interest in wound-healing and cell-migration models.

BPC-157 BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a protective protein identified in human gastric juice, first characterised by Croatian researcher Predrag Sikirić. It is notable among research peptides for its stability, and has been studied extensively in animal models for its effects on tendon, ligament, and gastrointestinal tissue healing via angiogenesis and growth factor modulation.

GHK-Cu GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, first isolated from human plasma. Its histidine residue provides a strong copper-binding site, and it has been studied for its role in collagen and glycosaminoglycan synthesis in dermal fibroblasts, alongside antioxidant activity linked to superoxide dismutase upregulation.
